1990s

After moving from Newhall to Tintagel in 1988, the 90's sees an explosion of work as Henry is able to paint almost full time. The North Cornish coast provides a rugged landscape over which both subtle and dramatic shifts of light and weather occur, changing the moods of the sea and cliffs, providing daily visual drama.
A relaxed return to figuration occurs as Henry continues to evolve his visual vocabulary. Photography is a parallel pursuit at this time.
